The sealing cover (with a silicone sealing ring) can achieve water and dust resistance, and is suitable for electronic components and precision instruments (to prevent water or dust from entering during transportation).

Built-in partition boards/partitions: Freely divide the space inside the box according to the size of the goods (for example, divide a 600×400mm box into 4 small compartments to store different types of screws and resistors respectively), avoiding mixed storage and collision wear of goods, without the need for additional consumables such as bubble wrap and partitions.

The forklift guide slot at the bottom of the large-capacity model can precisely connect with the forklift forks, preventing the box from shifting during handling and improving loading and unloading efficiency.

DURABILITY AND MATERIALS:

Stacking stability upgrade: The bottom and lid of the box adopt a "mother-and-child interlocking" design (for some models). When stacking, the bottom of the upper box can be embedded into the top of the lower box to prevent toppling when stacked too high (conventional boxes can stably stack 5-8 layers, while non-standard boxes can only stack 3-4 layers), which is particularly suitable for dense storage on high shelves.

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE:

The dimensions strictly follow the EU logistics modules (such as the common 600×400mm and 400×300mm basic modules), and can be directly connected to automated warehousing equipment (such as AGV unmanned transport vehicles, automated sorting lines, and mechanical arms for three-dimensional shelves) without the need for additional adjustment of equipment parameters or installation of adapter devices.

For instance, AGV carts can precisely identify 600×400mm boxes, automatically pick them up and transport them to the designated shelves, avoiding the jamming and misjudgment of non-standard boxes caused by dimensional deviations, and enhancing the efficiency of automated operations.

The size of the Euro standard container matches the internationally recognized "pallet container" system (for example, a 1200×800mm Euro standard pallet can precisely accommodate four 600×400mm Euro standard containers), eliminating the need to readjust the goods placement during cross-border transportation (non-standard containers may waste more than 30% of pallet space due to size mismatch).
